Steve and Cathy Mills are products of International Bible College...they have ministered for decades reaching the lost in the "20-40 window" of Africa. Their work named Lighthouse Outreaches, ministers to Africa and the Arabian Gulf. Steve is gifted in speaking, teaching and organizing ministries around the world.
Steve is most recently assuming responsibility as Partner Relations Director/Africa Director of SURGE. In 2023, Surge has a goal of seeing a new church planted every hour. To achieve that goal, they are training around 10,000 church planters around the world. In January they trained 32 church planters and by the end of April, 18 churches had been planted from those.
